You get both in one session. A specialist teacher teaches a real topic for 40 minutes, then our academic team talks you through what they found and what the plan would be. Your child should finish having understood something they did not understand at the start, and you should finish knowing exactly where they stand.

Trial class questions
Yes. One free 40 minute trial class per student, no card is required to book, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.
The teacher who would take the paid classes, matched to your exact board and syllabus code. You are judging the actual teaching, not a demonstration by somebody else.
A topic from your own syllabus is taught, then real past paper questions on that topic are attempted and marked against the mark scheme. That is our normal lesson structure, compressed.
Pick the level and board and leave the subject as the plain name, or send a photo of the timetable on WhatsApp and we will identify the code for you.
Yes, up to five in the form. The first subject you choose is the one we book the trial in, and we will schedule the rest as you continue.
Classes run online with a shared digital whiteboard and screen sharing. A laptop or tablet and a stable connection are all you need. We send the link before the session.
Yes, and many parents do for the first class. After that most prefer the progress reports.
Nothing happens. You keep the written feedback and we will not chase you.
